NIMS Provide excellent placement services to its students. The Placement Cell is headed by Mr.Naveen Chopra Head-Training & Placement and Corporate Relations ably assisted by Three Placement Managers namely Mr. Damian Amaral, Ms. Gurpreet Arora and Mr. Vivek Prakash.

The Placement Cell helps students to be placed with organizations, matching their potential with the profiles available / in demand in the industry. The institute, besides imparting the subject knowledge & managerial skills, also caters through mock interview sessions - communication and presentation skills, skills on how to face interviews, social etiquettes, dress code and table manners etc.

Placement Strategy - Multi Linkages:

• Three Primary Modes
  1. On-Campus PPTs: Companies invited, present talks, conduct GDs/ Written Tests/ Short List for final Interview / make offer.
  2. Off-Campus: Sponsor for direct interview at Company’s-site.
  3. Alumni Contact: Tapping Placement Assistance from Ex- NIMS MBAs.
• Besides, hunting and inviting companies to visit campus, it has become more pro-active to organize interviews 6-8 months before placement of a batch to continous effort made , to contact, visit and make presentations at the potential organizations and win their approval to fix on-campus placement schedules.

Plant Visits: (Orientation) Organizing Visits to Industrial Units/ sites (NCR)- All Semesters Coverage Interfacing Plant Management Issues with NIMS Students.

Forging Strategic Alliances:

NIMS has also entered into strategic alliances with potential firms engaged in providing customized short duration training programs and placement assistance. At the end of the program, students would be able to:
